  • If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session: Together, we’ll choose a time that works for you and go over what to expect, so you can feel prepared, supported, and confident moving forward.

    Together, we’ll create a personalized path that honors your whole self, your experiences, emotions, and inner healing. Some sessions may focus on gently processing past wounds, while others center on building self-compassion, regulation, and trust within yourself. 60 minutes | $150

One-on-one coaching offers a supportive, goal-oriented space to explore personal challenges, gain clarity, and create intentional change. I work with adults navigating the impact of narcissistic abuse, relationship patterns, childhood wounds, low self-esteem, boundary challenges, and life transitions.

Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and focus on building self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical tools for growth. Coaching is collaborative, empowering, and centered on helping you reclaim your personal power, develop healthier patterns, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
